In the app
Open your player profile, choose account settings, then select “Delete account”. Follow the confirmation shown in the app.
By email
Email support@playtailway.com from the address linked to your Tailway account with the subject “Delete my Tailway account”. If you no longer have access to that address, include your display name and briefly explain why another verification method is needed.
What is deleted
We delete your account, profile, friend connections, cloud saves, and other personal game associations unless legal retention or a necessary security reason requires limited retention. You must separately remove local data from devices through device settings or by uninstalling the app.
What may remain
Necessary purchase, tax, anti-fraud, and legal evidence may be retained with restricted access for the legally required period. Fully anonymised statistics may remain. You may need to manage store data held by Google or Apple separately.
